The YCNA leadership program helps young adults grow in self-awareness and develop enduring skills that help them navigate through daily life and overcome challenging situations with confidence. The program includes key aspects of the Focolare spirituality and general leadership skills.
Topics include – Learning more about who we are and what we have to give <> Fostering a greater self-awareness by discovering talents, gifts, strengths <> Dealing with the challenges of failure and suffering <> Developing leadership skills <> Building relationships <> Learning how to welcome other people and respond with love

Activities:
1. An Infinite Mindset – a program of personal growth and leadership that encourages a broader, long-term perspective. It enables us to view life’s challenges and opportunities through a more expansive lens, focusing on sustainable goals and enduring objectives rather than short-term achievements.

2. Conferences & events – opportunities that look at leadership in relation to particular areas of interest.
3. Racial Equity – Creates forums of dialogue to discuss racial issues and personal experiences, turning dialogue and discussion into initiative and action. –> Website.
4. Young Adult Retreats – opportunities to come together and build community.
5. Service trips – working to serve others while discovering a renewed sense of purpose, fulfillment, and happiness. A way to give back, create positive change, and uplift those around you.
