Terms & Conditions
Participants who leave the group and organized transportation are responsible for their own transportation.
- Intoxicants, narcotics, alcohol and non-prescription drugs are not allowed on the property. The legal drinking age in New York State is 21 years old. (A person must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol)
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings.
- Physical abuse, foul language, bullying, and fighting of any kind will not be permitted.
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition, fireworks explosives and highly flammable materials are not allowed within the residence halls, apartments and buildings or on the Mariapolis Luminosa grounds.
- Tampering with the fire system or firefighting equipment is not allowed.
- No fires may be lit without permission of the management.
- Ample Parking is available. Parking in fire lane is not allowed.
Cancellations – you may cancel your reservation by sending an email requesting cancellation 2 weeks before event. Refunds will be the cost minus registration fees.
YCNA of the Focolare Movement reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a participant at any of its events.
