The Jubilee was called every fifty years and was a time for forgiveness. It stood as a reminder of God’s providence and mercy. The dedication of a year for this emphasis provided the community with a time to come back into right relationship with one another and with God. More info.
Dates: July 30 to August 10, 2025
Itinerary: This trip to Italy will provide an opportunity to celebrate the 2025 Jubilee at the Vatican and a visit to cities of interest and key sites of the Focolare History.
- July 30 – departure for Rome, Italy. Arrive July 31.
- Aug. 1 – 3 – Youth Jubilee, Rome – pilgrimage & mass with the Pope (Tor Vergata), the Vatican.
- Aug. 4 to Aug. 9 – Assisi, Loppiano (Florence).
- Aug. 10 – departure for USA.
Program: We will explore the Jubilee theme “pilgrims of hope”, aspects of the Franciscan Spirituality (in Assisi), and “unity & fraternity” as aspects of the Focolare spirituality (in Loppiano, the Focolare’s international mini city).
Ages: 18 to 30 years old.
Pricing ranges from $2600 to $3200.
Pricing includes:
- Bus accompaniment for the tour, Aug. 1 to 10. (In Rome only the transfer from the airport)
- Accommodations and most meals
- Tourist taxes
- Registration fee
Pricing DOES NOT include:
- Air travel to and from Italy
