Noé was born and raised in a town in northern Mexico called Mexicali and is studying International Business in Cetys Universidad. In May of 2018, he was selected to be one of the NGO New Humanity´s United World Ambassadors and work on the recognition of the United World Week in May by the United Nations. As one of the initiatives of the United World Project, the Pathways to Fraternity program was created in which we will be working on different aspects every year. The theme for 2019 is Economy, Work and Communion.

Noe recently assembled a team of students from his university to work together on a project with one of the poorest communities of native Indians in southern Mexico. They are developing a web page where they can sell all of their handmade crafts. Their goal is to learn how to sell more thereby changing the economy and the quality of life in their community. This project is called “Tlaly” which in their native language means “we are all good through work”.
