“Checking the Sails” are 45-minute mini zoom sessions providing the opportunity to revisit key points from the “Adjusting the Sails” leadership workshop.
In this session “Running with the wind”, we identify what it means to “adjust the sails” especially in difficult moments, and discuss how communication brings us beyond the differences.
In daily life, the wind can represent something difficult and unpleasant: unemployment, a setback, a bad grade, a breakup, being misunderstood, illness, pressure. The question always becomes what do we do with it? How do we live it? We know our options, complain about it, wait for it to go away, or adjust our sails and turn it into something good. All are welcome.
