“Adjusting the sails”

“Adjusting the Sails” is a 5-day leadership workshop for young adults hosted by YCNA that focuses on key aspects of the leadership program. Its 3-part program offers presentations, group sessions, hands-on in selected fields.

Participants integrate their strengths, character and values into their leadership while bringing their whole selves, body, mind and spirit to the role. It is inspired by the spirituality of unity that prepares participants to lead and journey towards building a more fraternal and united world.
